赶上暑期的尾巴带孩子从上海到京游玩，第一站肯定是环球影城首选就是亮马河饭店！一大厅并整体感觉有点压抑，可能是楼体设计的原因。迎上来一位身穿黑西服的经理，把我们引到台子办理入住，过程中还亲切给我孩子送了小礼物。过道那精美的打卡墙深深吸引了我的孩子简单拍照打卡后就匆忙上楼收拾完行李就外出了。回来后发现屋内大变样，孩子瞬间来了精神，大海一声：哇塞是哪吒和鳌拜～今年最火的。离店的时候又赶上那个经理送我们整体感觉太温暖。看了一下他的工牌应该是个客户服务经理，感谢您的细心的照顾，下次还来

We spent two nights sweating because the AC is set on 26 and 27°C and we can't control it from the room. There's a smell of humidity inside the room. The bathroom equipment is too old, and the mattress on the bed is not pocketed. If your partner moves, you will wake up.

酒店有点老，但给升级了房间，很大。早餐也比较丰富。值得一提的是服务态度很好，所有的服务人员年龄都不小了，但是眼神很真诚微笑很自然，让人感到非常舒适值得表扬。

酒店位置极佳，位于使馆区域亮马桥地铁站附近，东三环边上，与原长城饭店为邻，亮马河周边餐厅林立，酒店早餐丰富可口，虽然装修设施比较旧但卫生干净整洁，性价比超高，值得推荐。

这次在三里屯附近出差 定了亮马河饭店 交通很方便 从机场走高速半小时就到了 附近公共交通也很方便 打扫的张华玲阿姨每天都很热情 打扫也很认真 前台小元也很好 房间定了高级间 挺安静的 早餐也不错

第一天的前台和打扫房间的阿姨特别亲切。除此以外，各方面都太差！！！
房间里的被子是有血迹的。由于之前有被套盖住，没有注意到，早上整理时起来才发现，真的很恶心！
淋浴间还有只不知道从哪里冒出来的大蟑螂……只能安慰一下自己，还好这是北方的蟑螂，不会飞……
退房时，将上述问题告诉了前台，你说他们亲切吧，同一个问题换了好几个不同的职员来问我们；你说他们不亲切吧，一直想方设法解释蟑螂是怎么来的……就很难评。他们给出的唯一的解决方法就是让我们下次再入住，然后下次给我升级房间。请问遇到这样的问题以后，员工没有实际解决问题的方法，也没有积极的认错态度，有谁还会再想来住呢？
