服务员都是很有礼貌热情，走进大堂一阵香味，离地铁口走路7分钟，地铁口对面就是外交部，酒店旁边就是沃尔玛超市和苏宁电器，地理位置很好。但是还是有很多细节不如人意，酒店毕竟开的时间长，墙面插头松动，毛巾架也是；春节人员估计紧张，房间打扫的不是很仔细，早上的茶叶碎在桌上，回来还在，地上也不吸尘，台灯上很多灰尘，问餐厅借的盘子和刀放房间，第三天只给我洗了盘子没洗刀，最后第二天只给我倒了垃圾，房间都没整理，晚上回到酒店要休息就只是让他们换了毛巾

缺点:1.毛巾上有污渍，洗不出来了。2.床头，写字台都没有插座，但是居然提供插线板，又但是，插线板只能插一个插头。3.淋浴间花洒固定在上面，没法用手拿。4.我的房间门无法自动关闭。优点:1.早餐挺好的，偏中式，各种炒菜，炖肉，鱼，蔬菜等，而且每天换菜。2.电梯口有人安检，比较安全吧。3.离悠唐购物中心，芳草地，都很近。4.价格合适，性价比很高。
