在北京JW万豪酒店住的几天很开心??是带小朋友过来旅游的，从办理入住开始Jason就很热心的接待我们，给我们提供了帮助，酒店的氛围真的很不错。房间布局设施都很完善，地理位置对于出来游玩的客人真的很友好，十分便利，最重要的还是工作人员都很热情周到！之后还会再回来的！

地理位置靠着地铁大望路站（1/14号线）,下来走5-8分钟到大堂,紧邻skp.年轻人和外国的宾客比较多，氛围比较年轻时尚。环境乾净整洁，游泳馆和健身房都比较大，配备洗浴和汗蒸，整天酒店不算大。有客服会在入住以前打电话联系询问需求，但是五星酒店当天却没有欢迎水果，询问了两遍给送来了也多送了一杯牛奶弥补。离店客服打电话询问入住体验，提及此事（欢迎仪式感）因为这个客服表达了歉意，説当天入住人数太多忽略了。能理解，但作为五星酒店还是希望细节能做的更好，当天是跨年夜来到北京选择这里，也是希望能得到一些节日的温暖。另外房间小冰箱内所有的饮品都是收费的（但是矿泉水是管够的很多），这个是我在南方酒店所没有的体验，一般冰箱内的是赠送的。到了北京五星酒店连个冰箱水饮都没有一瓶是免费的，本来想给差评，后来客服告知説所有北京酒店的饮料都是收费的，可能是我孤陋寡闻了吧！总体给好评！但是服务上还是有一些小失望，可能期待太大。希望有改进！
