房间进去对着工地，酒店门口在施工，进出不便，但酒店硬件不错，比较新，大浴缸床品有点霉味，换了就好了，服务很好

环境优美，设施齐备，充满文化底蕴！硬件过关，但软环境--人文关怀较差，我在酒店使用咖啡杯，由于杯托固定不实，在刷杯时不慎将杯子打碎，要求更换时，服务员没有询问是否伤及客人，直接递过来一张赔偿单，使客人的心感到“很冷”！

设施差，房间霉味很重，睡不着觉！温泉池与旁边小区共享，脏乱差！服务人员缺少服务意识，而且最后结账还多收了20元，回家一算才发现！超级不推荐，噩梦！

酒店大气漂亮，达到五星级标准。房间特别大，还有大浴缸可以泡澡，走廊有很多宝物展示有博物馆气氛，可惜温泉正好管道维修没有泡到，总体满意
