酒店在古北水镇景区大门口，进出景区刷脸即可，也随时有免费的摆渡车，去古北水镇玩很方便，自带的温泉也还可以。早餐有点敷衍，没什么吃的，希望可以优化一下

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the simatai route, which made traveling around the ppace incredibly convenient. The service, room amenities, and breakfast were all average and met basic expectations. A great, practical choice if you have the time for a stay over.

The stay at Beijing WTown Hotel was completed the night prior to checking into Watertown Hotel, enabling a comparison of the two five-star hotels in Gubei.
Unlike Beijing WTown Hotel, where the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, took the initiative, and provided extensive information about the town and activities, the check-in experience at Watertown Hotel was ordinary and did not resemble a 5-star kind of standard. The themed room at Watertown did not really resemble a theme room as shown on the booking page, aside from a pig figurine placed on the sofa. The view from the room on the third floor was mediocre, was told by another staff during check-in that most rooms in the hotel lack a view. However, the view from the swimming pool was great.
The hotel is situated just outside the scenic area. An advantage of this location is that vehicles can drive directly to the hotel, offering convenient access.

第二次入住古北水镇大酒店，依旧感受到了宾至如归的热情服务。
尤其让我们感动的是：昨天晚上，我侄女在看完长城夜景下山途中，不小心崴伤了脚。前台经理邢光旭得知情况后，他及时派人送来冰块和轮椅，帮我们解了燃眉之急。服务主动、贴心、有人情味。
这样真正为客人着想的人性化酒店，一定要向大家推荐！下次来古北水镇，毫不犹豫，我们还会选择这里。

酒店很大，这次定的长城景观房，夜晚司马台长城和景区灯光亮起后，很美，很放松。衞生方面做得很到位。服务也很赞，酒店入住期间，包括游玩景区有什么问题，酒店刘经理都会及时回覆。这对于我们第一次来古北水镇游玩很有帮助，节约了不少时间。
