酒店大堂小，还不如快捷酒店大气。住的豪华大床房，房间很好，只是电视太小了，比不上其它的四星酒店。卫生间很小，房间门锁在里面锁不上。真希望这家酒店能改进。

设施到服务都完全配不上4星标准，打扫卫生间都不对马桶进行消毒，刮胡刀收费刀钝不说，送来服务员告知只能收现金，还不能入发票，难道是免费物品，他们私自卖的？
