这次北京之旅非常感谢值班经理Stefan的大力帮忙，第一天到达北京的时候一切正常，第二天就开始弹窗3，值班经理耐心帮我提交了多次资料，第二天傍晚忽然变成黄码，焦虑不堪，Stefan经理主动加了微信，帮忙快速咨询找解决办法，晚上8:00发现码恢复正常，终于可以顺利回家了，谢谢凯悦酒店的帮助，房间也很舒适，5楼的清洁工作人员也很温和，早餐也不错呢，五颗星双手点赞

酒店套房非常好，视野开阔，房间大，设施新，双卫生间，干湿分离，步入式衣帽间，客厅、卧室、小餐厅都很合理。3层行政酒廊餐不错，白天基本都有茶水饮料，晚上有餐，还可以自己调酒。健身房设备也比较新，人不多，跑步机都是单个隔开的，防疫很棒。

🔔服务：服务方面我认为三楼酒廊的服务人员很不到位，或许我的房间不包含酒廊，但是我朋友来我们口很渴，想付钱也不能让我们点饮料，酒店我第一次见没有minibar的，就有四瓶水…
🚗 交通：停车可以停路边，至于贴条与否，不得而知，起码我没事！

整体感觉还是不错的，早餐丰富，味道很不错。旬八日料性价比不错。唯一一个遗憾，特意订的露台房，露台是连在一起的，用植物隔开，大多数订这个房型的客人都抽烟，房间里烟味儿很大，露台地面上也有很多烟头，很扫兴。
