服务： 服务员要求非入住人员不许上楼 上楼需要登记 给身份证照片还不行 必须要原件 我就帮人送个行李 没听説哪个酒店登记访客必须原件啊 大半夜的 为难我呢？ 一大帮人交接班在那聊天 根本不愿意搭理人 你就看这个表情 像不像家有啥事儿吧

前台态度极差，入住时候带的行李多，朋友要帮忙进房间送一下，前台一男的説上楼要登记身份证，朋友没带，人家説没带不能进，我説就进去帮着送个行李，人家説谁都不行，那态度嚣张的要死，不让就不让好好説话都不会吗？还説公安局的规定，怎么怎么滴。不让朋友进你们派个人帮个忙也行啊，都看着连句好话都没有，要不是国庆期间酒店不好预订，早就走了，谁爱住你这儿似的，再也不来了。
