这次出行选择了这家酒店，入住体验整体超出预期，非常适合商务出行和家庭旅游的朋友，值得五星推荐！酒店的地理位置十分优越，距离地铁站步行仅 7分钟，周边商超、餐饮一应俱全。办理入住时，前台工作人员服务态度特别好，全程面带笑容，还主动告知了电梯位置和周边游玩攻略，对于我提出的延迟退房需求，也在房间允许的情况下爽快答应，让人倍感温暖。房间乾净整洁，没有一丝灰尘和异味，虽然房间的设施虽然不是最新款，但维护得很好，功能齐全。退房时同样高效便捷，工作人员还主动询问了入住体验，很用心。

为前台小姐姐疯狂打CALL！
第二次选择这家酒店，被前台的小姐姐们彻底圈粉了
前台小姐姐（忘记问名字了T_T）看到我拖着大箱子，立马小跑出来帮我提行李，还贴心地递上一杯热茶。办理入住时，她微笑着跟我交流，："北京是不是太冷了？路上辛苦啦，房间给您升级了哦，希望您住得舒服～"
重点来了！晚上11点我突然胃疼，打电话问外卖在哪里取，她居然听出了我身体不适，关心的説"您别下来了，我给您送上去，稍等哈！"10分钟后，她气喘吁吁地跑回来，手里提着我买的药，还抱着一杯热粥："怕您空腹吃药难受，顺便出去买了小米粥..."
第二天退房时，前台的另一位小姐姐递给我一张手写卡片："感谢您再次选择这里，祝您生日快乐，愿今天的阳光能够温暖您，记得常回来看看"落款处还画了个笑脸。瞬间鼻子发酸，这种被人真心惦记的感觉，太戳泪点了！
房间虽然不大，但床很舒服。
硬件是三星，设施也上年纪了，但小姐姐们的服务绝对五星哈！以后来这个城市，不为景点，就为这家人肉小太阳般的前台团队，也值得专门住一晚。你们负责发光，我们负责被治癒??

Staff is not equally helpful. However, 2 of them were very helpful and good to interaction with. Thank you to them. It's a shame there is no breakfast service or some recommendations for breakfast + coupons. The bedroom is simple but clean. The shampoo and body soap is very Nice i enjoyed the perfume of it. Nothing else to report. I recommend. 4/5

We had an amazing time staying here! The staff were friendly, room was bigger than expected, bathroom amenities were modern. The location was great! I would stay here again when I return to Beijing ????

位置很好离地铁站大概步行10分钟以内，离雍和宫地坛公园都很近，坐地铁去附近的景点都很方便。
衞生情况也不错，虽然酒店开了很多年衞生情况还是蛮好的。
环境很好，周围有小型商场吃饭什么的都很方便也不吵闹，周边好吃的很多！服务也很好哦，推荐入住！

Está muy bien ubicado, tiene una estación de metro a 10 minutos andando, el Templo de la Tierra a 10 minutos, el Templo de los Lamas y el de Confucio a escasos 20 minutos andando o a una parada de metro. Con la misma línea de metro se puede ir al Templo del Cielo y a la plaza Tiananmen y a la Ciudad Prohibida en unos 30 min. más o menos. Muchos restaurantes y puestos de desayuno alrededor. También hay una farmacia de medicina china al cruzar la calle y un supermercado y a 10 minutos otro, también hay varios sitios de masaje alrededor. El personal es muy amable, hay opcion de lavar la ropa gratuitamente en la 5 planta del hotel y un gimnasio al lado de la recepcion. La limpieza es correcta y las instalaciones también. Lo único que puedo decir es que le convendría cambiar la moqueta o bien poner losa en el suelo de la habitación, por lo demás todo estupendo. Si vuelvo a Beijing, repetiré en este hotel. Muy contenta.

服务态度还可以。房间环境和设施的确老旧了。地段位置还可以，距离雍和宫国子监孔庙簋街等近。距离地铁口步行要十分钟。整个酒店的空调系统还不错，安静制冷。但房间的确有缺陷，衞生间没有排气扇，通风不好，回来后会闻到异味。两张一米2的床，对于比较苗条的我们来説，住两大两小比较轻松。房间面积还可以，摊开行李箱够用。酒店房间多，但洗衣房里麪只有一台洗衣机和一台烘乾机，每晚去都是排队洗衣。烘乾机效果不好，衣服要拿去房间内挂起来空调阴乾。酒店大堂还不错。四星级评级偏高，实际肯定没达到这个标准。
