Five stars without hesitation! During the Spring Festival, I stayed at the Guizhou Hotel in Beijing, and it was truly an accommodation experience that exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the New Year decorations create a particularly festive atmosphere. Both the food and accommodation were very comfortable.
But what impressed me the most and deserves special praise is employee number 2007. During our stay, he provided us with a lot of help. Whether it was responding to our daily needs or dealing with the unexpected troubles we encountered, he was always enthusiastic and proactive in helping us, with a sincere attitude and efficient work. He truly delivered service down to the details. It's often said that a good hotel is half about the facilities and half about the service. Employee number 2007's performance perfectly exemplifies what it means to make guests feel at home. I highly recommend staying at the Guizhou Hotel and would like to express my gratitude once again to employee number 2007 for his warm and considerate service!

冬天的中央空调太热了，开着窗户温度也降不下来！热的一晚上没睡！
退房后想帮忙充个电，还好帮助了，总体感觉一般。不好不坏吧！

春节期间入住的酒店，性价比极高！门口就是地铁站，5号线和12号线，都各个景点都非常方便。房间也很大的，长者小孩都住的很开心！春节期间价格也很适中，由于是春节，早餐种类偏少，但是里面的贵州辣鸡面非常好吃，连吃了3天。服务都很好，不愧是驻京办酒店。会推荐给朋友的。

卫生一般般吧，服务有点跟不上，入住前已经打电话告知安排安静一点的房间，结果直接安排了电梯口，房间送瓶装水也是扣扣搜搜的。早餐，牛肉粉确实不错，但整体而言品种种类偏少，品质一般，而且咖啡厅比较小，可能春节假日缘故吧。地理位置很好，出门就是地铁口。

体验非常差，大厅还是比较热情，酒店客房服务0分，2个用过的杯子放到我离店也没有收走，还是打了电话去前台告知过的，无动于衷。没有一天主动补过沐浴露洗发水，打过电话去前台要求送过，第二天依旧没有。洗手间用过的浴帽，还是在那边飘着，完全不收走。打开用完的洗发液也还是横在那边，没有补充没有收走。难道房务只是铺床而已么。再说早餐，很无语，没有面包，馒头是冷的，咖啡只有酸味浓的意式。总体一般，硬件如果达标，软件还不如快捷酒店

整体感觉中规中矩，毕竟是驻京办，早餐没体验，配的水不错，还是下了功夫的，但是入住的wifi密码无人提示，需要自行询问，洗手间有部分味道，需要注重处理，洗手间马桶和照片是一起的，关闭洗手间照明就不能用马桶，电箱晚上有嗡嗡响，整体性价比还不错

因为有老同学聚会在附近就订了这里，位置很好，出来地铁就是。住的房间设施跟介绍图片不一致，床垫很薄，非常硬。问了一下前台说是一个月前换的新设施？新换的床头柜就有陈旧污迹了么？给的尾房，房间不小但是有点凉，暖风空调升温不明显。浴室非常冷，但水温还不错。投屏也不行。奔着早餐来的，也没有很好吃。本来订了三晚，第二天比第一天便宜100，每天价都不同。很奇怪又规范化不够的一家四星。住了一晚就换到1公里内的另一家四星去了。

舒适套间房间大小很合适，外间是沙发，内间一大一小两张床。房间打扫的很干净，卫生间也是新装修过的款式，用的智能马桶。在这里要特别感谢和表扬一下2.18日当天白天给我们1217房间打扫卫生的服务员女士，我们家人误把给孩子的压岁钱红包两个约一千多块钱放在茶几上没有收起来，晚上回来还是放在原处没有动过，而房间却收拾的干干净净。非常的感谢这位服务员女士，请酒店代为转达我们的谢意！
