酒店的地理位置超赞，离摩天轮、金鸡湖、商场都很近，这是最大的优点。酒店的年份稍久，因此房间内设施虽基本齐全但稍显陈旧，墙面斑驳，淋浴间下水处有小飞虫。地库停车后去往大堂指向不准确，找到路线前往大堂破费一番周折。最不满意的就是早餐，儿子因为人高，所以78元加了一份成人的早餐，9点半到餐厅，菜品很多都没了，关键是没有继续补充。牛奶和小馄饨都是在投诉后才补上的，服务人员都是老阿姨，餐厅环境昏暗压抑，吃出了国营工厂饭堂的感觉。

环境不错，卫生也可以。设施条件不足，空调只能吹风还不能制冷，房间都没有窗户，关键还没有通风系统，十分闷热，小孩大人都睡不好。一共订了两个晚上，住了一晚后第二天与酒店和网站协商退一晚，均未同意。
