很不错的酒店，大堂、餐饮等服务都很到位，早餐很丰富。虽然出了点小插曲，但是经过宾客服务部刘莹的协调后，这点不愉快都烟消云散了，这小姑娘责任心很强，沟通讲究技巧，这样的人才对应一个星级酒店来说太重要了，点赞！

早就听说歌华这边有亲子房了，家里闺女明天放假，酒店这边位置不错，定了酒店的梦幻公主主题房，房间比一般的房间大了不少，布置的非常用心，前台丁松服务非常热情，看到我家小朋友还送了一个玩偶，孩子非常喜欢，房间的设施虽然年头有些久了，但是保养的还不错，早餐的品种也比较多，总体来说还是很满意本次的入住的。丁松
