以提前联系的接送机服务，深夜到达也很准时，接机师傅服务态度很好。房间特别大～设施条件虽然不那么新，但是还是很乾净。而且虽然离机场降落区很近，但是一点也不吵。楼下便利店也挺方便。可能美中不足就是早饭没那么精致好吃。前台服务人员态度特别好～还送了离店小礼物，而且晚上办入住，早上办退房都很方便

服务有效率，亲切。入住时朋友的早餐券想抵用给我们，立刻处理，让我们觉得贴心。机场有接送大巴士，整点开车，很方便运用。
房间设施还不错，宽敞明亮，这次因为要转机才选择金熊猫大饭店，希望下次有入住的机会。谢谢工作人员的照顾，留下美好回忆

夜晚到首都机场，可惜没有用他们的接机服务，打车打了很久，第二天早上用了送机服务，整点发车，10分钟到机场，非常方便。可以延迟到下午二时退房，非常赞。
酒店整体不错，附近食店蛮多，房间很大，非常舒适乾净，还有冰箱设备，但要自行插电，冰箱不冰。洗衣房设备非常好，有好几台一体式洗衣乾衣，而且还有洗衣及消毒液提供，非常贴心。
唯一要反馈的是中央空调温度调得过高，北京天气21度，但房间温度比外面还高，怎样调也调不低，在二十五六度房间整理行李，满身大汗，希望可以改善。
下次到北京转机还是会选择这酒店。

酒店环境不错，设施齐全，前台服务热情，房间衞生合格，乾净整洁无异味。酒店离机场近，酒店的接送机服务非常不错，特别推荐早班机客人选择，性价比还不错，房间面积比较大，入住体验很舒适

Really good quality price ratio. Even better than the pictures!! Shuttle bus to the airport every hour so very good if have a 24h layover in Beijing. Costumer attention very good!

Had a transit 19 hours so decided to stay here. Room was wide and clean but I felt some whiff from the bathroom. I’m very sensitive for any odor so I felt it and I guess the bathroom need to be cleaned better. Reception desk was very helpful n nice. Also hotel provide free shuttle to the REK airport. There is a convenient store at the lobby so I’ve got some snacks there. This place is a good choice for the one who has long hours transit flights.
