虽然宾馆有点老，但其实挺好的，收拾的挺乾净，床品也挺好，来跑马拉松，前台还给延退到下午两点，不错，周边吃饭也很方便

设施：当年在通州区是区政府接待宾馆，硬件设施也是四星级标准。
衞生：保洁每天各时段都在认真做好清洁工作，房间里也是按时打扫衞生，更换布草和房间的洗漱用品以及纸巾和厕纸。
环境：有个宽敞的停车场，住宿免费停车，还是很不错的。周边500米范围内有数家餐厅，还有超市和各类生活配套，非常便利。
服务：老的国营宾馆培训出来的服务工作人员，服务很周到，接待很热情。

老旧宾馆，但价格在那摆着，衞生收拾的还算整洁，有一点性价比，还可以吧。退房时间太早，与北京大多酒店不一样。

孩子高考特意选的东方宾馆，99年我高考的时候也是住的东方宾馆，乾净整洁，安静，把所有的高考生都安排在同一楼层，保证了安静的环境。因为我们退房的下午还有一场考试，跟宾馆一説，特意给延迟退房，也未收取任何的费用，感谢东方宾馆的全体工作人员！

一家老式招待所改建，是我最喜欢的类型。原因是房间空间大，不像新兴起的经济型酒店从投入产出考虑，房间投资不能大了，而客户感觉压抑。设施较齐全，服务人员很负责任，因歌华有线的原因，电视信号不好，来了两个师傅给调试，最后信号恢复了，师傅还专门跑一趟给讯息。总之，在京城这地方，这家的性价比相当不错。

媳妇在这附近开会，选择了住在这里，通州以前很有名的宾馆，房间挺大，也隔音，周边点外卖或者出去吃饭都很方便，停车也很方便，里面停车位很多。

老牌酒店，朋友来一般都预订这个地方，饮食街吃饭的地方特别多，交通也比较方便，服务不知道怎样，设施可能比较陈旧了，性价比还是可以。
