带小孩出来游玩，宾馆位置说实话真的很好，出去右转天安门，左转王府井步行街都是很近。来北京前二天定的房540多一天，想在续两天房价到快700了。房间稍小，卫生什么的都很好，要是能继续续上前面房价的房，我会更满意。

酒店环境一般，房间内很难闻，空调打开后有烟味，被子有一股人的肉味，总之不值得花四百多元入住，想去故宫玩的话可以选择一号线地铁站附近其他酒店。

首先地理位置占优势，去哪都比较方便，另酒店环境不错，闹中取静。只是房间地毯脏的不敢恭维，每天我睡觉时都纠结，又开着暖气，这温床不懂滋生了多少螨虫。卫生方面能再注意点就好了，那天无意看见搞卫生阿姨工作时把枕头放在地上，再扔回床上

艺龙太让人失望了！
处理突发事件的能力太差，事后态度太差，从头到尾就没觉得自己有错，而且他们的投诉电话形同虚设。不论是领导还是员工根本不在意客户，对你的投诉也无所谓。
所以我在此奉劝各位，订酒店千万不要在艺龙订，不出问题还好，一段出现问题，都是你的错，艺龙根本没有错，他们只是出于人道方面才给你解决。

虽然房间有点小，但胜在干净卫生，清洁阿姨服务态度很好，很亲切。第一晚进房间，感觉通风不好，有点味道，后来让阿姨搞完清洁后把窗户打开，晚上回去就没什么味道了。最值得推荐的是位置好，离故宫，广场，王府井都近，可步行前往，被很挑剔的老爸表扬了。
