离协和国际医疗中心很方便，位置便利。前台客服非常热情周到，主动给我们升级有窗大床房，和会员入住，还有为了方便我们还同意延后一小时退房，贴心服务，非常感谢。

房间很干净
没有味道
吹风机洗漱用品也都齐全
唯一缺点是太小了 下次还是订大房间吧
还有一个是洗手台和床一起 其实不如在洗手间不太方便

前台小姐姐很好说话，积分兑换升级套房要和她讲一下，给了一份名片方便沟通，房间里有ai智能联动灯光窗帘和电视，房间干净，保洁人很好，除了房间有点小，其他都很满意。

环境不错，如果大家出游建议选择桔子酒店。就是有一点，灯光有些暗，要是办公写东西可能亮度不是很够。总体不错

总体感觉不错。设施挺新的，服务挺周到，出入方便，吃喝玩乐周边一应俱全，价格也可以接受。空调系统能调整的更好就更棒了。早餐的粥不错！

因为疫情问题。卫生情况还可以。赶在两会期间来北京入住前还需要填写表格。
但是房间空调一点都不凉快。窗户非常小。可能是因为预定的价格比较便宜。
给前台打电话说很热服务很好送来了空调扇但是房间依旧非常闷热。总体来说除了房间热服务都很好。
空调不凉快的原因给的解释是物业控温的，如果外界温度不够热的话空调只吹自然风。由于房间小真的很闷热。下次入住的客人麻烦问清楚房间的窗户大不大。
真的非常闷热，室外其实很凉快的！

酒店给免费升级房间，很开心！酒店位置好，出门三分钟到大悦城，内部空间略小，可是装饰及物品都很精致，浴室水很大，洗澡舒服！我订的房间赠送早餐，很丰富，老公都吃不了！服务非常好，总之非常满意！！疫情过去后房间价格如果不上涨的夸张，以后都住这里了
