所有都很好，就是前台一些人服务的时候，脸拉的很长，根本不笑，像蜡像一样的脸，客人看了很不舒服，我们是来住酒店消费的，不是来花钱看你脸色的，前台就有一个短发的有点丰满的姑娘很亲切，客房打扫的大姐态度都比前台的要好

每次来北京都住百富怡，干净整洁的房间，一进大厅一种清新淡雅的花香，早餐丰盛，洗浴用品精致，服务态度也很好，办理入住手续非常快，不喜欢的房间立即调换，总之非常值得入住！
