时隔多年再次回到雅诗阁入住，感觉依然。
订房后，给前台打电话提出了一些需求，前台表示会进行备注并逐一落实。办理入住时，前台工作人员贴心地为我和长者家升级了房型，并且告知我们入住期间有任何需要，随时联系他们，公寓24小时都有人在岗的。
房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果很好。在洗衣过程中，由于对洗衣机使用不甚了解，先后两次致电前台，在工作人员很快上门，耐心讲解。客房部的工作人员还主动为我们提供了晾衣架。
公寓所有的工作人员都很友善，见到客人都会问好，犹如家人，让人暖心。感谢公寓所有工作人员，我和家人还会再“回家”！

首先要好好夸一下前台的服务态度 给我一种回家的感觉！入住当晚比较晚了，前台小哥给我们升级了行政房间，房间面积有一百平，大大提升了住房体验！这也是我们后面续住最大的原因！
房间衞生也很到位，每天都会打扫很仔细，贴心给我们叠衣服，甚至碗筷都洗好了，对于久住的朋友很友好！
临走时还给我们看过我小礼物，以后来北京就住这！

Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we appreciated after a long journey. However, the room was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper air conditioning—only warm air circulated, with no option for cool air. While housekeeping emptied the bins daily, the bathtub was noticeably dusty and remained uncleaned throughout our stay.
The in-room washing machine was another major issue. It was outdated and malfunctioned repeatedly. We attempted to do laundry at 10 PM, but the machine stopped twice due to errors. Despite two technician visits, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to manually complete the wash, finally getting to bed after 3 AM. The next day, the machine was replaced with a slightly newer model, but the inconvenience had already taken its toll.
Throughout the ordeal, staff responses were limited to standard apologies, with no meaningful resolution or gesture to make up for the disruption. Overall, while the location and check-in process were satisfactory, the lack of maintenance and customer service left much to be desired.

这次再次选择雅诗阁，前台给升级了房型，一室一厅房间面积足够大气舒适，位置在二环边，交通十分方便，楼下来福士商场很好逛，购物便捷，出门就是簋街，各种好吃的美食，总之很不错。

元旦期间选择了陆家嘴，吃喝出行都方便，同类房型性价比很高，尤其套房，老楼可以看到黄浦江，新楼看三件套，个人更喜欢老楼这边风格，老楼四层游泳馆位置太好了，欣赏无敌外滩夜景！跨年甜品好看也好吃，房间配置饮用水玻璃瓶依云，工作人员主动提供很多便利，每天睡到自然醒，舒适性非常高！

开业很多年了，房间设施虽然略显陈旧和过时，但是衞生程度和服务让人感到很舒适。前台热情友好响应迅速，都非常顺利。
楼下来福士有很多选择，附近还有一家北平三兄弟火锅，晚上吃饭记得提前取号，排队很多。

酒店有点老了，但是保养了还算可以，只是衞生间的门槛坏了垫了块木板有点匪夷，所幸下面看起来不是很脏。公共区域都挺好的，前台的服务也不错，但是客房服务实在是不太满意。住了几个晚上，觉得没必要每天来打扫衞生，所以一直挂的是免打扰的牌子，有一天晚上回来发现客厅的窗户被关上了，地上留了张纸説报修设施要在几点之前，不知道是不是服务员是否在没被允许的情况下进过屋子了，还有是有一天让客房来收拾一下垃圾桶，真的是三请四催的，打了好几个电话，好不容易姗姗来了，已经过去好久了，这种情况也是第一次遇上。
