这次带家人一齐来旅行，选择了宋家庄的一间新酒店，地理位置不错，方便搭地铁。酒店楼下附近有很多餐厅和商场，可以解决早餐午餐晚餐，任何菜式和奶茶店都有。房间在北京同等酒店的空间大很多，性价比高。床也很大，很舒服。酒店有免费洗衣方便住长时间旅行。也很感谢经理帮忙很快就解决了我们的提问，工作速度有效率。

楼道乾净整洁，没有杂乱堆放的物品。屋内插座有USB接口不用充电头，充电方便，被子厚度偏薄，前台服务挺好的，办理入住挺迅速

The bed, showers and amenities are clean and exceeded my expectations. The laundry room is perfect for travellers that need to wash their clothes. The service staff are very friendly and proactive in checking in for room service. The subway station is a short 5-8min walk away, and makes it convenient if you want to take public transport. The mall that is directly adjacent to the hotel complex also offers a huge variety of food choices and a supermarket, there is Chagee, Mollytea, Miniso, etc. I would stay here again if I come back to visit Beijing!

满意，推荐，好评！出差去北京，选了很多酒店，最终决定这家，超乎预期想象，床垫舒服，房间装修新，电视投屏看剧也爽，刷卡上楼，安全性高，洗衣房洗衣快烘乾快，很舒服，前台接待小姐姐态度很好，忘拿东西都是跑着给去帮忙拿，真不错！下次出差来还选这家！推荐！性价比很高！

设施：设施还算不错，蛮新的。缺点就是还有一点点新装修的味道。
电吹风的线有一点短，我是正常180身高，用起来就不是特别舒服。
衞生：还不错，蛮乾净的。
服务：怎么説呢，前台服务员的脑子锈掉了。下订单时候是一天，后来想多住一天，平台不让改入住日期，只能修改延长一天。办理入住的时候已经蛮晚了，也特地提醒前台服务员我是住两天的，那个平台不让改所以。。。，他的脑子不知道在哪里，反正特别提醒我就是我订的房间是无窗的，我这才注意到写的是装饰窗。现在酒店的文字也越来越花了，避免写无窗。服务员反正就是反反覆覆説无窗，要有窗就要升级加钱。即使我告诉他不要他们硬送我的早餐券，看看能不能升级，反正就是劝説取消这个订单去下新订单升级。无语。。。
再回到那张房卡，最后还是只给我做了一天，第二天回来房间就进不去了，只能去前台再重新弄一下。太无语了。

这个酒店性价比很高，风景好，超级大窗户，小度语音控制，餐饮等等一家人都喜欢，连住四天之后又续了两天，如果不是五一景区人太多，我们还要继续续住，五一的时候价格也不贵，地铁方便，真是太棒了??????下次还来。

酒店房间宽敞舒适，工作人员服务态度很好。边上商城好吃的好玩的都有，还有个动物园，各种可爱的小动物。离地铁站步行10分钟，出行方便。
