两点以后到酒店办入住，跟我说房间没打扫，那也就算了。交了钱晾我半天没人告诉我要多久才能打扫完，一直就是客房部去查房了。也没结果。我也是呵呵了，好评都是刷出来的吧，服务不好就是烂酒店...
