说实话，这是我住的这么多五星级酒店里，最差的一次，一直以来我认为，一个酒店，它可以小，可以位置差，可以房间设施差，但是你服务不能差吧，一个五星级酒店，还属于老牌子，我刚入住，管家门都不敲就直接进来，这是五星级员工应该有的素质？牙刷之类的用具不说了，跟廉价的二三星快捷酒店一样，矿泉水还是冰露。这是什么鬼？不是说我瞧不起冰露，五星级酒店就要有五星级酒店的样子，冰露这种廉价矿泉水配的上五星级酒店的档次？我从来不歧视老酒店，我认为老酒店就有老酒店的味道，说实话我挺失望的。
