Receptionists are kind, gentle, and will try to help you with anything. The hotel is located in a very convenient area (Subway Dawanglu is 10 minutes by walk) and very quiet and relaxed at night. Been there more than 1 week, nothing to complain about.

最差的入住体验之一，房间隔音奇差无比，恰好遇到了个吵了点的邻居，凌晨十二点多回房，先吵架再做****，之后又连麦玩了一晚上游戏，早上七点半退房，九点多又有其他人在走廊打电话。整个楼所有的动静都听的一清二楚，隔壁房正常的説话声都能听见。也别怪我听到了你们的私隐对话，我们也不想听，我们想睡觉，但根本睡不了。
临走的时候反映问题，前台经理情绪价值给的是挺足，但回头一看一堆人在评论区説隔音差，你改了吗？不就是赌客户不会回访吗？那好，我之后会随机来调查取证，希望你们真的“信守承诺”了。
想预订这家的人得考虑一下，你们説啥别人都听得见，别人説啥你也“不得不”听，能接受的话自便

酒店位置在北京电视台附近，离地铁一号线特别近，出行很方便，前台服务也很不错，都很热情，办理入住的时候先给奉茶，北京最近很冷，进门就可以喝到暖暖的茶水，别提多知足了，满意感瞬间拉满，房间更不用説，衞生乾净，房间整洁，还有免费的水和饮料，无限畅饮，嘎嘎满意这一点，为出行省了一笔小额支出，满意，推荐，庭院式的，很喜欢！

这家酒店太棒啦!位置超方便，出门就是商场和地铁站。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，睡起来超安心。衞生间设施先进，热水充足。餐厅美食丰富，味道很棒。工作人员热情专业，办理入住和退房都很快。本次入住体验令人印象深刻！酒店服务细致周到，从前台接待到客房服务，工作人员始终以热情笑容和专业态度提供帮助。价格也很合理，性价比超高，以后住酒店就选这儿了!

给我家人订的房，携程上定了一晚，后面几天是线下定的。当天晚上睡床上半夜身上痒，开灯起来看发现床上很多虫，还有飞蚁。下去前台找工作人员上去换了床单。他们説明天有人来处理。结果没人联系我，还是我主动微信去联系他们要求换一间房，结果地上还是有蚂蚁。这是我第一次给差评，服务及时也许就算了。
