酒店交通便利，周边配套齐全，服务态度良好，房间装饰以及设备设施基本符合中端酒店的标准，就目前疫情防控工作还是把控很严格，应加强员工在排房以及第三方平台预定单的各种沟通工作（房型、欢迎水果、延迟退房、合理排房、），尤其是员工当客人面知晓后，不然加大自己的工作量，也让住店客人很不舒适，反而体现员工的不专业！
