前台超月和小董服务很好很热情，房间面积还可以，房间衞生很乾净整洁，设施齐全，有免费的电子秤和天猫精灵可以使用，有洗衣房和健身房，环境优美，位置比较便利离地铁站比较近，离南站也比较近，推荐大家过去入住！！！
早餐还是蛮不错的，性价比很高。周边吃饭的地方很多。

酒店位置好，房间大，隔音好，离北京有名天坛公园，陶然亭公园和火车南站很近，出行交通方便，五一去北京玩，连住了四天。

这次出差选的这家酒店位置特别好，在北京南三环附近，离北京南站很近，出行坐车特别方便。最惊喜的是酒店新升级做了保洁衞生，打扫得特别认真仔细，房间每个角落都清理得乾乾净净，地面、桌面、衞生间都一尘不染，没有灰尘也没有异味，细节做得超到位。住着安心又舒服，性价比很高，下次来北京出差还会继续选择这家！

This is what I call a hotel.
Professional service from the staffs.
Clean room, fragrant smell upon entering lift and room.
Bed was comfortable.
There's also washing machines, dryer machine, iron and steamer as well as a small gym.
Location was slightly far from Beijing South railway station but there are train stations within 1km.
Overall, pleasant stay and will keep this hotel in my list if I'm coming back again!

房间有点旧了，但是还是很乾净，这个地方离南站很近，属于价格适中的酒店，附近吃饭的地方也不少，像南门涮肉，烧烤等。

太差了简直，七百多的房间，很简单，大堂就是个小枱子，大厦里面乱七八糟。前台服务也不行。头天晚上按照酒店意思，给携程打电话通知酒店第二天退房开专票，结果第二天跟我交班説没交代这个事儿。浪费我时间。
其次是早餐，简直了，还不如对面的连锁酒店。
盘子里面50%是空的，我入住是4.2，还不算什么假期吧。就俩服务员在那忙活。东西还不齐全。差劲。要説这酒店三百多。我也不説什么。都快八百了。就这水平？？？

连续住两天 这是第2天的评价 第1天的全好评 和第2天的设施、服务归零判若两店 但这不是服务人员的错 不过应对和处理也确实有问题 1-你见过酒店毫无徵兆突然宣布闭店的吗 本来住的好好的就告诉你不能续住了 因为要装修！2-酒店的客梯同时宕机 十几层只能用一个货梯 酒店明知道只有一部电梯 客房还长时间占用 等一刻钟上不去！3-酒店停车场系统升级 车也出不去 一问是第三方外包 打电话问怎么办就説经理已经过去沟通 在出口等了10分钟也没见人来 电话没挂的情况下就能听见问这边客人不挂电话怎么办 不知道是不是负责人 很大声的説他出不去我们也没办法 等着呗… 前一天建立起的好感瞬间归零 ！不知道要装修多久 再来看看 到底是什么样的装修至于把客人往门外赶！
