首先本人不小心订错了房间，不能退换，到了酒店却告知没房间，要换房，那我就明白了为啥不能给我换日期呢！第一次次入住很多细节不知道，前台服务员特别没有耐心，服务态度非常差！！！！酒店设施陈旧，音箱还是插iphone4的插口！健身房特别小！没什么健身设备！总之不人性化，服务不好不咋样！很生气！差评！！
