I always stay at the Hilton.
In fact I cancelled my booking with another hotel in Beijing, when I learned the Hilton is the only hotel that provides free breakfast for two travelers. So many hotels limit it to one person. I always love their breakfast, great variety, fresh and good coffee.
I also had room service during my stay which was delivered by a robot - that was a little fun and the food portions were generous - unfortunately I couldn’t finish the meal.
The hotel room was spacious, bed comfortable, and the room clean.
The staff were very nice all round.
Also noting free laundry machines with built in detergent.
The only area of improvement was the air conditioning was not on. Apparently they don’t switch this on till May and only use natural air? The room was too hot at 25C, however they did provide a fan for the room at request. Would be good if this is stated when booking instead of once you arrive.

这次入住真的被酒店的用心暖到了！安安服务热情周到，不仅帮我延长了退房时间，还免费升级了房型，房间宽敞又舒服。衞生乾净，更惊喜的是，我要去看升国旗起的比较早，还贴心地准备了早餐包，让我们在旅途中也能元气满满。服务细节满分，必须给个大大的好评！

朋友带着他爸爸来北京给他们订了这家酒店。原因是离我住的地方比较近，另外交通也很方便，在望京地铁站边上，酒店周边也有很多吃饭的地方，交通都很方便，酒店设施也不错，服务也挺好的，1楼有个欢朋小馆，应该是这个名字是做川菜的。价格看了一下，也不太贵，上午出差，家庭出游都可以来这儿性价比还是挺高的，现在竞争也激烈，推荐推荐

住了很多次望京希尔顿了，都没有认真写评价。这次入住体验感真的很好！！！
这次入住望京希尔顿真的很满意，必须点名表扬前台漂亮的小姐姐！办理入住高效又耐心，细心询问我的需求，把房间安排得恰到好处，乾净舒适、采光隔音都很好。服务热情周到，细节拉满，旅途疲惫瞬间被治癒，下次来望京还选这里！ 重点再表扬一下，漂亮的前台小美女哦，我习惯住床在入门左手边的房间，她能安排的很好，説明业务很专业。好评好评??????????

希尔顿欢朋住过几次每次都不失望。环境衞生都做得不错。服务人员都比较有素质，礼貌。价格也是亲民，比一些商务酒店服务好太多。唯一想吐槽就是置物柜好像缺一个，拖鞋筐放地上容易看不到绊脚。
