酒店安静舒适整洁，床垫和枕头睡着都非常舒服，空调声音很静，隔音效果也好，11楼做卫生的阿姨服务态度非常好👍，表扬！酒店位于西直门地铁站c出口，出行方便，下次去北京玩还会选择这里。吃饭购物可以花十分钟转三个环形通道到对面的凯德mall，超市，购物，吃饭全部都有。

帮家里人定的酒店，我以前住过，设施是好的，这个完全没问题，房间也很大。
但这次家里人住下来反映正好酒店接了3个会议的住宿安排，参会人员在酒店里随意抽烟，致使整个酒店里房间内外都弥漫着一股烟味，而酒店方完全置之不理，家人晚上都睡不着。室
内禁烟条例施行已久，帝都天子脚下，国务院的招待所竟视条例如无物，让人难以置信，却实9实在在地发生。
当时为家人选这家酒店，就是出于对国营酒店的信任，没想到会这样。
