酒店的房间还是挺大的，建筑也很大气，荷花池尤为壮观。只是酒店的服务不够到位，而且年头久了，设备有些陈旧。

真差劲啊，打前台电话没人接，到后办理入住很不耐烦，卫生条件很差，8点去吃早餐，居然几乎没什么吃的了，哎

最混乱的管理，最恶劣的服务，最坑爹的经营，酒店在天一第一城内，但车是不能开进去嘀。美其名曰有摆度车，40分钟一趟车等到望眼欲穿，中间还需N多个电话询问。因为有一堆所谓的观光车（但要收费）不知道坑了多少不明就理的人，稀里糊涂的就被坑了车。最终的路程也就2一3分钟车程，如果走进去，就需购门票，这么流氓的行径。携程怎么能跟这么流氓的酒店合作，坑害自己的客人？

服务特差，酒店对订单无法确认，等待时间过长，在支付完毕后，酒店还要索取房费，体感特差，中餐及早餐太差，实在不敢恭维这样的酒店
