这旅店太旧了，各种设施都很破。门锁位置特别低，正常人都得弯腰才能开门。一进房门扑面而来浓浓的烟味。门口的开关开不了灯，进门摸黑找开关找了好一会儿，好不容易找到了发现灯开不开完全是随机的，得反复试好几次。保险箱打不开。电视遥控器要用指甲抠按键才能把电视打开。洗脸台盆是堵的，不能下水，洗漱刷牙全得就着马桶。最坑的是北京突然降温，屋内空调出的却是冷风，被子又太薄，半夜被冻得够呛，实在懒得叫客房服务加被子，只好把大衣盖在被子上将就了一晚。太坑了，除了前台整得不错外，就是个小破旅馆。

住的当天，天气特别热，但是空调是中央空调，没统一开就不给开，窗户又没有纱窗也不能开怕进蚊子，也没有提供任何驱蚊用品，俩老人热的都没法睡，找前台商量空调的事，结果她们爱搭不理趾高气扬的样子，让我们凑合，最后老人发火了，才给换了间稍微凉快的房间，设施还是那样。我觉得一方面是设施差，另一方面是服务态度极差。
