硬件设施比较好，服务水平太差，没有服务的意识，空调不制冷，夜里12点又停水，不事前通知，问三个人，三个回答，互相推脱，没有整体形象，总之4星硬件，3星不到的服务。

这这一片硬件设施还不错，用品配置也蛮好，就是洗手间仍然没有挡水条，然后早上小盆友流鼻血了，床品需要额外收洗涤费150，这个洗涤费满坑爹的。
