酒店从卫生到设施都没得说，就是感觉位置上，除了在酒店用餐外，找其它地方就比较麻烦了。入住的是八楼，楼道里有比较大的油烟味，还好房间里没有

房间开关失灵，常亮，设施老旧，电脑也不能启动。

酒店硬件设施明显老化了。刚入住就碰上水龙头是坏的，放不出热水，面盆的下水道也是堵塞的。客房服务员叫来工程部修了半天也没修好。不过前台和客房服务员的服务态度还是可以的，换了一间房后，问题总算解决了。酒店的早餐品种比较多，热乎乎的小米粥不错。

除了地理位置比较好 离王府井两公里不到的样子 其他真的没什么了 虽然是五星 但是内部设施老的不行 装修看起来起码有10年 最可怕的是自来水放出来混浊不堪 就像淘米水 比淘米水还要白一点 不知道是这个城市水质问题还是酒店的问题 水流很大 下水通畅
没有休息区 大堂左边一个咖啡厅右边一个餐厅 里面两个商店 就电梯口有个沙发 坐三个人再多人就没地方了 就知道赚钱 不给休息区
房间内没有棉花棒和剃刀 一大堆花钱买的东西 真的会做生意。。。

地理位置好，但服务一般，没有免费洗手液，反馈前台让送，答应后至离店都无人过问。所以必须让酒店改进服务哟
