入住第三天，电视的欢迎牌打上了陌生人的名字，我以为我走错房间了，或者是这个房间卖给了两个人？退房的早上，我打了两次酒店服务电话需要刮胡刀，均没有打通了，这么大个酒店，确实让人困惑，体验感不好。

这次入住北京华侨大厦睿世酒店，整体体验非常愉快，让人留下深刻且美好的印象。
从踏入饭店的那一刻起，就能感受到服务人员的专业与亲切，每一个细节都处理得相当到位，让人感到宾至如归。特别想要表扬一位服务人员——Lucas 朱旭，他的服务态度令人印象深刻。
Lucas 不仅亲切有礼，对客人的需求也非常细心与耐心，无论是协助问题处理或提供建议，都展现出高度的专业与真诚。他的服务不只是完成工作，更让人感受到温度与用心，为这次的住宿体验大大加分。
很少遇到如此细致且令人感到安心的服务，真心感谢 Lucas 的照顾，也感谢饭店培养出这么优秀的团队。
未来若有机会再来北京，北京华侨大厦睿世酒店一定会是我的首选，也会推荐给身边的亲友。

位置好，出门周边都是可以逛吃的地方，酒店设施也很新，房间布置合理，行政层早餐种类略少，下午茶很丰富，服务也不错，美中不足退房时前台人员不知道是习惯性问还是业务不熟练的原因，问了好几遍有没有使用酒店软饮之类，我住的房型本身就有免费mini吧，这么问真的让人感觉不愉快

Booked another room for my sister and mum because of our great experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with attentive staff and a convenient Wangfujing location. They felt safe and relaxed throughout the stay. A reliable choice for family trips and repeat visits.

The hotel was tidy clean and the rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. But the only issue was that at night there were bad smell almost like sewage smell at the front of the hotel and in the corridor between the rooms and inside the room. In the morning the smell fades away. We complained to the staff and they apologized saying there were some cleaning activities by the municipality that is causing this smell.

服务员挺nice，一下车就有人帮拿行李，入住扣1000按金，离开无消费退回。地点太棒了，对面美术馆，去国博也是步行，一路熟悉景色，非常满足。

浴室移门的把手不知道是哪个大聪明设计的，加上轨道卡死，晚上洗澡开个门把手夹肿了，酒店隔天中午打电话来説要不要带你去医院啊，要不要给你拿消肿喷雾啊，需不需要来帮你维修移门啊，搞笑了，事情发生当天为什么没有值班经理处理？移门是为我修的？你説他吧回覆的语气那是相当的客气，但话里话外就是一种傲慢的无理，潜台词就是你想怎么样吧，只要骨头没断你能拿我怎样??

先住的普通房型，最后多花费200住景观房，但是没啥景观，普通房型下面是收废品厂，就换成了这个，这个外面也没啥景色，如下图，然后住了四天，每天早餐都那样，确实没几样中国味爱吃的，而且早餐每天都没变，不方便住几天的住户，另外放了房型后里麪空调有声音，前面的房间都没有声音，吵的不好睡
