真的很想吐槽这个酒店的衞生还有服务，一开始的房间床上有头发和不明污渍，跟客服沟通后换了一间，新换的房间，沐浴露竟然是空瓶子，洗漱台上也有上一个客人的头发，晚上要了荞麦枕，等到退房也没看见荞麦枕在哪里，可以説是极度不推荐

had a really pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Tongzhou. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully provided.
The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help — from check-in to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast selection was great, with both Chinese and Western options, and the overall dining experience was excellent.
The location is convenient, close to the subway and shopping malls, which made getting around very easy. I also liked that the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for both business and leisure trips.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Beijing .All the staff speak English ,everyone is helping from the manager to the cleaners .The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.I highly recommend this hotel .It’s a 10/10.Breakfast was good they have Chinese and Western breakfast.There is a subway station right by the hotel that can take you to Universal Studios only 3 stops away .You can always buy Universal Studio. Costumes nearby the hotel .I would like to thank Irina and Cedric who served me my room service dinner late at night .They were cheerful,friendly,and we instantly became friends .The only thing I disliked is how one lady called my room and said “It’s time to leave “ ??That was a bit rude .”It’s time to check out sounds better” However I still rate the hotel 10/10

对早餐的做面条的那位阿姨提出批评，态度不好。问她要一碗面就不理，然后甩过来一句去排队，问她在哪里排队就装听不见。爱答不理的样子。影响心情！希望能用那些对顾客热情一点的员工。前台服务态度很好！

国庆环球之旅的完美开端，致谢通州皇冠假日与王程经理！
国庆带着全家打卡环球影城，选择北京通州皇冠假日酒店真是最明智的决定！从踏入大堂开始，贴心感就扑面而来——前台王程经理全程笑脸相迎，不仅高效办理完入住，还主动帮我们规划了去环球影城的最优路线，酒店楼下就是地铁站，到环球影城就需要两站地，太方便啦，甚至细心连孩子随口提的“想要小童牙刷”，都立刻安排妥当，比我们自己想得还周到。
房间干净宽敞，窗外视野开阔，床品软硬度刚好，家人孩子都睡得特别香。早餐种类超丰富，从现做的馄饨、面食到西式点心一应俱全，满足全家人的口味。
这次旅行因为有王程经理和酒店团队的用心服务，少了很多奔波的麻烦，多了满满的幸福感。如果下次再来环球，一定还选这里，也会推荐给身边计划来玩的朋友！
