圣诞晚上在国际饭店订的自助 餐厅服务热情周到 天气不好就没走住的小黄鸭主题客房 客房里还给孩子准备了小黄鸭背包和冰箱贴 房间干净整洁 房间里儿童洗漱用品一应俱全 就是酒店没有儿童乐园 总体很满意！

北京经常来，同等价位的五星级酒店中，北京国际饭店给我的印象很深，在这个到处都是智能化，流程化的社会大环境下，北京国际饭店还透露着浓浓的人性化。因为验证健康码出了点问题，前台小姐姐认真的拿着手机帮操作了起来，其实很多的旅客旅途奔波已经很累了，还要拎着大包小包站在前台操作很久确实很烦躁，但是感谢前台小姐姐。还有就是，礼宾部的高大哥得知我身体有特殊情况后，破例帮我将外卖送到房间，其实这并不是他们的工作内容。我知道酒店也是为了顾客的食品安全考虑，也是确实不在工作范围内。但是也许就是这些人情味的的举动，让我觉得旅途中的温暖。谢谢，以后还会常来。
