该酒店是一个老牌的5星级酒店，地理位置很好，设备设施很旧，房间很小，当然这些都不是问题。最大的问题是“服务”。1.前台接待人员、餐厅服务人员基本没有笑脸，不会使用礼貌语言，非常冷漠（门童、保洁还是不错的）；2.有个别接电话的人员非常不礼貌，一次我欲打电话到餐厅，不小心拨错了，对方很不耐烦，这种情况在五星级酒店是非常罕见的；3.早餐无论是平日还是假日都是十点就结束，且不提供现磨咖啡，这在三里屯位置的同档次酒店也是非常罕见的。这些都说明该酒店服务意识的确太差！
