what is very good, like a 5 Star Hotel:
- Pillows and bed are extraordinary good
- Air conditioning is perfect, quiet, efficient
- Air humidifier and cleaner in the room as additional plus
- TV has a really large size
- High quality tea, coffee and and even some cold beverages in the room for free
- Very well thought design and mood lighting
- Large room and large bathroom, separated shower and toilet
- Very good sound insulation and also smoke from the corridor stays out (Some nasty guys smoking on the non smoking floor)
- Electric curtains and Shades, can be controlled from bed - just perfect.
- Wifi is fast, although it needs password AND additional registration is a bit annoying
- friendly and helpful staff at check-in
Regarding these points, the only thing that keeps this hotel away from 5 stars is the missing pool (which I don’t need). This is true 4++ stars, but….
What is not good and should not happen:
- Shower thermostat control broken, can only be adjusted hot to very hot. Unacceptable
- Shower installation in general is faulty, the rain shower head is so low, I almost bumped my head.
- Water kettle shows strong wear marks, looks old, not nice.
- Hair dryer has only one setting: Very hot. It is so hot it overheats every 20 to 30 seconds and stops working until cooled down. Bad quality chosen.
- Breakfast is small and the quality is just average to below average. Worst part is the coffee machine needed milk and cleaning and the staff was unwilling to do so. This is bad.
- Bus to the airport has a every 20 minute schedule, but if you don’t carry bags the driver will eventually just skip the tour and let you wait 40min
Altogether good value and one of the best hotel rooms that can easily keep up with 5 stars houses. Still I really hope they improve the deficits as they mostly come from laziness. Currently therefore I would not recommend this hotel now.

衞生好差，那些角落全是没打扫乾净，热水壶和吹风筒都好脏，整个装修也好low，跟平时其他城市的亚朵差太多了。早餐也真的是很普通了

各方面都很满意！环境安静，周边不少宾馆，属于宾馆区域，不是闹街边上。前台服务生挺友好，机场接送也很方便。

酒店整体很舒服，很大，乾净，点了外卖也会用电话跟你确认才送上来沐浴露也使用了大牌子的特别香 柜枱服务良好 下次还会再来住

这是我近几年住的最好酒店之一，性价比最高离机场特别近，接泊车就五分钟路程。免费早饭，和夜宵粥，入住环境优美，整体都十分满意，还去再次入住

房间不错，影音大床房，有投影仪，可以投影，但是操作没有説明书，打开是影视app，需要会员，好像看不了直播，基本是个摆设。浴巾和毛巾都是用一次性袋封装的，看的出来是一客一用。衞浴乾湿分离，马桶是半智能的。服务不错，皮箱坏了，借用螺丝刀和胶水工具，酒店竟然都有，没有敷衍，用机器人送过来，服务很好。早餐还可以，不是很大的自助，样品也较为丰富。深夜粥到就是晚上提供小米粥和大米粥，还有一些包子和咸菜，能有这个服务，也满足一些旅途匆忙，来不及用餐得旅客。有洗衣房和健身房，整体看，酒店设施较新，服务也不错。

酒店环境雅致，房间乾净且通风采光都非常好，细节很到位，特别是前台的服务很贴心，接送机也非常准时，每次送孩子从大兴出发都会选择这个酒店，非常不错的入住体验！
