We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help.
The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a wide range of amenities. After long days of sightseeing and activities, it was wonderful to return to a hotel that had everything we needed in one place. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and the level of hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional.
The location was also perfect - right next to the station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The lovely views were an added bonus. Overall, this was the perfect accommodation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

在北京西站边上，楼下就是莲花池地铁站，出行很方便，去大兴机场和市里玩都便捷。早餐很丰富，免费宵夜。北京太乾燥了，润肤露有一大瓶很方便，在北京算比较有信价比的酒店了，每次来北京都住这里。

The hotel is very big, the room is very good size. The staffs are polite and friendly. It has metro station next to it, 2 mln walk only. The towels are very clean, each got the sealed pack after santisied. It has cafe, Korean restaurant and Chinese restaurant, the prices are reasonable. Although the hotel is bit old, overall is great experience. High recommend!

房间满意，厕所应该翻新过了，没有想象中老旧。距离地铁站又近，性价比高。洗衣机有很多台，不用排队洗，烘乾了还帮忙送上房间！不愧是老牌五星，下次有机会还来。

一楼早餐味道好吃，服务很棒，接待员服务很好[强][强][强].早餐配置特别完善，营养搭配合理，种类多还很精致，味道完全不输外面餐厅。每日菜单定期更新轮换，不会千篇一律。服务员全程主动服务，收桌、补菜都很及时，让人感觉特别舒服。还配有夜宵玩到22:00后回来都不怕饿肚子，超赞

酒店就在莲花桥地铁站B口旁边，出行很方便。我们订的1701房，房间大，设施全，从窗户可以看到北京西站和军博，视野很好。酒店看我们一家老小入住有晾晒衣服需求，还贴心多送了一个晾衣架。
酒店自助早餐超出预期,种类丰富多样,口味兼顾南北,食材新鲜、出品用心。每天更换菜品款式,不会一成不变,长期入住体验很好。服务人员态度极佳,主动帮忙添补餐食、整理桌面,细节拉满。

本酒店地理位置夯爆了，靠近北京西站，近莲花桥地铁口，出行非常方便。服务也是宾至如归，前台小梅和小茹小姐姐很贴心，不仅主动升级房型，看有外面柳絮飘飞很贴心的送了口罩。晚上还提供免费的宵夜。整体入住舒适安静便捷舒心，以后来北京，依旧首选
