设施很陈旧，装修很老，房型很不好，40平方感觉就像20平方，桌子腿摇摇晃晃，阳台窗户很小，没有阳台，厕所不防滑容易摔跤，体验很差的酒店，後悔

1.位置：离金滩很近，应该就是一间民宿，大堂就是小区门口一间房，客房是小区里面几层楼，和沙滩就隔着一条马路，海景还不错。
2.交通，打车的话，只能説位置很好找，公共交通也没啥。
3.服务，基本就是普通民宿，和酒店还是差一点，而且前台和客房隔的比较远。好一点就是本来定了两天，想退一天答应的也很痛快。
4.设施，电梯第一天坏的，那麽大的一栋楼，几十层就两部电梯，等的人急死了。里面的设施实话説比较老旧，窗户都有点年头了，没有任何隔音效果，下面还不密封。里面的设施也很老旧，热水有断续现象，晚上超级吵，对带小孩的很不友好。

酒店位置很好，到海滩过个红绿灯，栈桥也很近，散步就到，酒店服务很好，工作人员给了我们办了2张出入卡很方便，房间内设施齐全，乾净衞生，空调很给力，尤其洗澡水特大，很满意的一次体验，毫不犹豫又续住一天。

房间不错，宽敞优雅舒适，全海景视野。特别是前台接待服务人员，非常热情周到，房间清洁衞生，每天有服务员及时打扫。
