一间三房的公寓，在一小区内，到之前，管家会致电客户咨询到达时间，并给出准确地理位置，不难找。房间还算整洁齐全，周边好近风情街，里面好多餐厅、糖水炒冰的店铺，十分热闹！离国际客运港码头也近，去泗洲岛方便。

位置离高铁站不算很远，公寓配套挺齐全的，最喜欢就是有洗衣机，非常方便，如果在洗手间外加个小小的垫，在厅加一个抽纸就更完美了

六个家庭一起出游，预订了别墅整栋，还预定了海景房。这次度假既体验了别墅，又体验了海景。非常满意。整个装修风格时尚，舒适。房东和管家都很好。孩子们特别开心，这次北海之行就是来看海的：）位置和银滩非常近。海景房每一套都看海，海景非常漂亮。

在别墅群里面有一套别墅酒店 前台刚有客人吃了海鲜 腥腥的 上楼是楼梯 在二楼 房间不小 但是床头灯是没有灯泡的 因为半夜才到 所以没有叫前台 总体还可以 这个价的话

在网上看到评价不错就预定了，结果真的很不错，环境优雅，比住宾馆好多了，在房间就可以看到海，小孩子很喜欢。可以自己做饭，本来想自己做海鲜，想想还是去店里吃吧，管家推荐了老伙计海鲜大排档，人很多要排队，味道不错，价格合理，我们是下午三点多的火车，因为酒店是十二点退房，跟管家讲了能不能晚点退，在得知了下个客人的入住时间后，果断让我们一点半以后再退房，这点很人性化，很满意！在住的期间也得到了管家的很多帮助，如果下次有机会来北海，还会入住！希望还会遇到这位好心的管家！
