是在网上给客人订的房间，后来联系前台，工号区3579。真是太棒了，客人入住给安排了果盘。现在有疫情，客人退房的时候给安排了矿泉水和防疫礼包。客人也非常满意。

非常好并值得住的一家酒店。酒店设施全面，房间用品应有尽有。从前台办理入住开始就很温心，金钥匙小妹服务热情到位贴心，并把预定的高级房升级行政房。23层个子不高的女服务员和小伙热情主动的服务很暖心。另外走吋着急外套忘在房间，刚开车准备离开车场，接到酒店电话告知有衣服丢在房间且服务生给拿下来交我。真心感谢！再来此地一定会再次入住？

从2009年开始，到保定出差除一次外都住电谷酒店。早餐丰富，晚上一楼的自助餐更是超值。这次酒店赠送我一次行政酒廊的自助晚餐，小食为主，有铁板烧，虽然品类不多，但环境不错，服务员小姐姐漂亮周到，感觉很温馨。

酒店在当地算个比较高档正规的。房间比较干净，床很舒服。服务很好还有机器人服务员送来拖鞋。酒店晚餐自助一般，性价比来说稍贵。按当地来说还可以。早餐不错哦
