满怀期望想去感受下老牌星级酒店的服务，即使评论里说房间有些小，我也五一期间支付了500元大洋预定了1米5床大小的商务单间。可是刷新了我对酒店服务的认知。从环境到服务让我极度失望。第一天入住后第二天晚上再回到酒店，擦手毛巾凭空消失，喝完的茶包也没有更新，这种失误可能连快捷酒店也没有犯过，打电话过去没有道歉，给出的理由是五一长假人手紧张。一个小时后再打电话催，才送上来毛巾但是是大毛巾，理由是小毛巾用完了。配置都是成套的，请问你小毛巾原来在屋子里的去哪了。再来说说服务，工作人员没有笑脸，甚至见到客人露出厌烦的表情。床铺不干净，有飞虫，通风不好，空调开了依然很热，房间竟然没有配备防滑地垫，小冰箱食品没有明确告知价格和收费，冰箱电机声音打扰晚上睡眠，房间狭小，灯光压抑，茶杯不收拾，总之这次是被好评害了，再也不回来了。良心点评，亲身感受，最佳西方，你欠客人一句道歉！有图为证！

早餐很好，中西都有，品种多，味道好，但是没拍照片。房间也很干净，服务人员也很热情，下次来杭州还住这里。

第二次入住了，因为第一次的体验不错。刚入住就送了水果，打扫房间的服务人员很贴心，每次回酒店房间都已经整理的很干净。只是房间偏小，特别是卫生间，很窄。早餐种类较丰富，口味也不错。出行交通较便利，离西湖、杭州东站、银泰等不太远，出酒店打的或者公交都很方便。值得推荐！
