就算有点年头了...入住的时候给我升级到了行政房，设施相对商务房有些升级，但是还是有2个问题，一是门有些破旧，关不严，走廊的灯光能轻易照进来；二是wifi信号极差

酒店位置优越，出行方便。升级了套房，房间不是很大，但比较精致。地毯上都有梅花，整个宾馆都有很多梅花，可能这也是梅苑酒店的特色。早餐丰富，但是馄炖和葱油拌面的份量也太大了，一半的份量就够吃了，一份太多，不得不浪费了。水果种类丰富，挺新鲜的。我在其他人的点评中看到附近有个菜场，特地去考察了一下，好羡慕附近的居民，蔬菜水产非常新鲜，品种繁多。如果以后去城北边办事，还是会选这家酒店的
