Very impressed with the service and staff during the stay. Special mention to Mr Nat (Director of Operations & Assurance) with his warm welcome during our check in. Nice complimentary cakes for my birthday and our wedding anniversary from the hotel. Room was clean and very spacious. Room view was nice too.
Good breakfast spread and their croissants served during breakfast super super yummy! There is this server who will go around the restaurant with a tray of freshly baked croissant whom we always will wait for him/her to appear during our breakfast :)

We stayed here with our 14-month-old and chose this place because of the play area — it was perfect for families. The pool was great, breakfast was nice, and overall we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back again.

Quiet and Clean.
The room is very spacious and service was superb.
The breakfast is a buffet of various selection of cushions. very nice and delicious.
Free buggy ever 3-5 minutes, and it takes only 1 minute drive to Siam Paragon, which is at the Siam BTS. You can also walk for about 8 minutes to the Station.
I would definitely recommend and revisit next time.

订的是家庭房，首先两张床各1.5米就已经完胜了其他很多酒店，看评论都说空调风口对着头吹，所以入住前就让携程联系酒店表示当天要在半夜入住能不能安排一间空调口不对准头的房间，同时不要安排尾房，都给安排了。早餐也比较丰盛，可以点泰奶，真的好喝！每天来一杯！其他东西也很丰富，特别喜欢他们的烧卖，天天吃不厌！还有面档，味道很泰国！酒店每天有车去百丽宫，这点也不错，同时酒店的门僮也好，前台也好都非常热情，见到都会打招呼也会上前帮忙！总之我觉得性价比算很高了，每天mini bar都会填充，还有每一罐的小零食！非常好！下次还会入住！

Very convenient location and awesome breakfast. Hotel provide buggy service to Siam paragon which makes commuting a breeze. The facilities are fantastic too with an awesome gym and resort like pool. We have a wonderful stay here and the service is excellent. Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

前台小哥态度特别好，还给我们升级成了两室一厅的房型，景色绝了。还定了一间尊贵房也很干净明亮，入住和晚上都送了小甜点，mini bar也都是免费的。酒店环境也没话说，离柏丽宫很近，也有接驳车可以去商场，酒店的工作人员也都特别友善，服务很到位。离酒店300米处就有一家711，晚上回酒店必逛的地方哈哈。早餐品类不算特别多，两栋building 在一起用餐，人多的时候会排队。总体来说察殿很不错，值得推荐。

房间面积很大，也很干净，虽然在商圈但是很安静。不间断摆渡车来回百丽宫非常方便，如果觉得打车很堵，步行到central world也只需要十分钟左右。
早上餐厅早餐种类齐全，味道也不错。每天房间会摆放新的小点心和糖果。
但最让人惊喜的是酒店员工的态度，非常热情友好。
尤其我们某一天回来遭遇出租车诈骗，向酒店员工提出了帮忙请求，他们也很快速积极地帮忙做了记录，并表示会帮忙向出租车中心申报。
作为外国游客确实能感受到他们的负责与尊重，安全感拉满。
光凭藉酒店工作人员的服务，下次再到曼谷我也一定会选择这家酒店！??

地理位置很好 搭饭店的接驳车穿过百货就可以到地铁站了
每次计程车到都会有人来帮忙开门或是拿行李很贴心 第一天刚好有朋友用Grab送东西柜台也有帮忙接收 整体环境也都很整齐干净 每天回房间都会有人打扫过然后有小零食很贴心 整体体验都很棒 女生独自住也很安全
