服务非常好。由於怕遇上早高峯，我清晨到了宾馆，服务员热心地帮我安排了房间。我是一个人出行，第二天的早餐是两份，她们也贴心的改成两天使用。由於年龄大，开车容易困，她们也答应晚些退房，让我中午能眯一会。非常愉快的入住体验！

因为是从内蒙古过来，通过白城中转去外地，所以选择了这家酒店，没有想到酒店实在是让人大失所望！没有空调也就算了，房间设施破旧也认了，没有想到的是花了470元入住的套房竟然没有热水洗澡，还不如几十元的小饭馆，叫人匪夷所思，无语！另外，酒店服务态度也不好，大堂经理虽然通宵坐在那里，但纯粹就是个摆设，什么问题也无法解决！唯一的优点，就是酒店离火车站步行几分钟可以到，但你要做好忍受晚上睡觉时火车鸣叫的思想准备！

选择这家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。来到酒店前台，女服务员非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全。
