前台男性服务员态度恶劣，电话让多办一张房卡，方便去游泳，他要求客人自己带身份证去前台办理，提出建议应该是服务员送房间，不理会说没人员，这是什么大酒店？有这样的人员，还说不满意可以写意见卡，真的无语了，低素质拉低了酒店的印象！
