非常差。根本不够3星级，基本上算是一个不够星级的酒店。热水是一天供应4个小时，房间里面非常脏，竟然在桌子下面还有以前客人扔掉的袜子。早餐更离谱，有一个人专门给客人发鸡蛋，一人一个。这是三星级酒店的早餐吗？住过好多酒店，第一次见到这样的。4个热菜，全部是炒青菜，主食是稀饭和馒头，再有几个咸菜。380元的酒店，号称是3星，就是这种水平？为了省钱，白天不准洗澡吗？就算是离旅游区近一些，也不能这样吧？那少花点钱去住一个旅社，和它有什么区别？请艺龙要对客户负责，对这种酒店，应该坚决给予曝光。

总体还好，在二道白河老区，算是相当较好的住处。但是价格相当较高。酒店周围有风味饭馆多，都在步行3分钟内，还有一家石板韩式烧烤，用木材加热，做的酸菜炒饭妙极了。

酒店在二道白河镇，是去长白山北景区的必经之路。酒店环境可以，就是设施有点陈旧，但还算干净，在靠近风景区的地方已经算是不错了。价格略高，早餐供应不足，就餐人多了，就供应不上了。希望提高餐厅的服务质量。另外，客房用品更换不彻底，我第一天用的毛巾在客房打扫时，只更换了一条。

价格还比较合理，服务人员态度挺好，服务也很周到，房间里也挺干净，家具看起来都是实木的，感觉挺不错。
