如实评论，设施不错，服务差劲，卫生不错，周围自然环境很好，性价比很低。下面解释：设施卫生和房间服务都符合酒店星级，这点不说。晚上去中餐厅点餐，点了三个菜，40分钟就上了一个，果断不吃了，方便面解决，酒店连个道歉的都没有（因为周围什么都没有，饭店或者超市便利店都没有，第二天晚餐我们直接开车40分钟去二道白河镇上吃的，但如果不是自驾的，恭喜你，你只能悲剧了）。早餐的自助餐太差，品种少味道差，本人出门都是至少四星级以上酒店，所以有资格评论。去北门，有车直接到酒店来接，但是你能不能提前说明回来的时候需要自己走回来？这样我们就会自己开车去。

很不错，长白山北坡山脚下，后花园风景优美，啤酒花园漂亮，不知道隐于森林中的蜗牛🐌这些小木屋树屋是否会开放，想来是很别致的入住体验。前台服务赞，提前一天过来预定联通房，赶上旅游旺季，前台的小伙子热心帮忙协调，第二天的姑娘又紧盯着房间确认，客人退房后立即致电给我，因为到店晚，我提出先预付，酒店却表示不用，感谢信任，感谢帮助！

森林里面的酒店，安静，空气清新，可以爬一下北坡、泡泡温泉，适合度假。酒店服务非常好，对客人很周到。酒店服务员还主动把洗过的衣服晾到通风的地方。
