设施很好，服务很耐心，周到，因为路不熟，所以到达很晚又不认识路，一直问前台的先生很认真的告诉我们，房间也非常舒适，性价比高，早餐也不错，推荐。

酒店离长白山北坡景区不太远。酒店交通很方便好找，设施比较老旧，卫生还可以，服务态度较好。餐厅的菜的味道比较好，总体还不错。

我们已住二道白河镇长白山大酒店，感觉挺好的，房间挺大卫生也不错，酒店外鲜族特色房店各种小吃挺好的。下次来还住这!

吉林森工长白山大厦只是二星级水平，收四星级的价钱，真是后悔入住。房间，卫生间装修差，服务也不好。

价位和实际服务还是有一定差距的，名为四星级，虽然当地经济条件有限，但是远没有达到一般酒店的水准。而且价格确实很高。去的时候当地在装修，门前的路全部挖开了，只有晚上停车还行，后院有个大院，但是如果车很多估计也会很紧张。免费得早餐质量的确一般般。酒店有旅行团的驻点，不停的推销加忽悠，前台人员也不多，不敢正面回答景区的一些问题。在玩的路上看到好像当地有新的四星级酒店开张，很新的样子，但是好像和艺龙没有合作

7月4号入住标准房，房间有好几个灯都不亮，号称4星，连个淋浴房都没有，只拉个帘子，更不用说浴缸了。早餐不是一般的差。不会再住
