前台服务员态度非常不好，办理入住时十分不耐烦，入住后没有热水，被告知要等待，等待几小时后仍无热水，然后发现房间热水管坏了，前台告知保洁需要我自己搬行李，上下楼来回换房间，但同样房型没了，房间被降级，前台还告诉我不用补差价，当时就很生气，但是晚上到店实在太累了懒得理论，无奈接受。酒店有旅行团入住，早餐要抢！不然会人多。但品种还算丰富，酒店停车位比较多。屋顶平台入驻期间一直没开放，冲着屋顶去的朋友要慎重。周边吃饭不方便，距离美食街较远，建议开车去。表扬一下房间保洁大姐，态度和前台反差明显。去过北坡几次了，住过所有北坡大酒店。这家星级的外观，底端的服务，希望店家能够积极改善，加强服务管理。
