办理入住第一印象就很不好，问前台旅游集散中心怎么走，答曰可以代叫的士，费用60元，距离最多6公里的路，敢问这是哪国的的士这么贵？入住后由于把拖鞋弄湿了，打电话问前台再要两双，竟然被问要拖鞋的理由，我想说你们前台如此的不专业不尊重客人，怎么还能上岗？这是软件，硬件么除了外观其他还真没看出5星的标准。

酒店除了大，没有什么优点，周边没有什么配套的设施，早餐一般，团队游客太多，太乱，客服装修和快捷酒店没有什么区别，隔音效果不好，下水道反味，性价比不高，服务态度一般，不推荐入住！

第一次去长白山，住在这里了，环境很好，床真的很舒服，前台的哥哥姐姐人也特别耐心。最关键的是，酒店顶楼可以观景，看到整个镇子的风景，以及特别美的天空。不过酒店不算是在镇子的中心，可是镇子很小，一点都不影响出行。推荐～去的话一定要记得上17层，帆船顶看夜景哦

酒店硬件还行，服务和管理还差很多，我们散客带着老人和和孩子把我们安排在团队客边上，凌晨两点还不睡觉在走廊中喧闹，全被吵醒：（
